After you leave baggage claim, you’ll find a representative from Hotel Xcaret. They will be holding a sign with the hotel’s logo. The representative will confirm your reservation and guide you through the next steps.

Private Lounge:

Once your reservation is confirmed, the representative will escort you to a private lounge where you can relax while waiting for your shuttle.

Shuttle to Hotel Xcaret:

When the shuttle bus arrives, you’ll be escorted to the vehicle. You’ll be traveling on a large, air-conditioned bus for a comfortable journey to the hotel. The ride typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.
