What is the check-in/check-out time at Hotel Xcaret?

Check-in time is typically 3:00pm, and check-out is 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability, but please confirm with the hotel. Note: Regardless of your check-in or check-out time, you will have full access to all amenities, restaurants, activities, bars, and parks on your arrival day, even if you arrive before 3:00pm. The same applies on the day of check-out—you're welcome to enjoy the resort until 6:00pm on that day.

In addition to your accommodations, you’ll have the freedom to explore some of the region’s most thrilling attractions, including: Xcaret Park, Xel-Há Park, Xplor Park, Xplor Fuego Park, Xichen Itzá and other historical tours, Xcaret Xailing, nighttime shows and live entertainment and shuttle transportation to and from the parks. How do I get to Hotel Xcaret?

For your convenience, Hotel Xcaret offers a seamless shuttle service from Cancun International Airport. Here's what to expect: Confirm Your Flight Information: To ensure your airport pick-up is confirmed, please contact our travel agent and provide your flight details before your departure. This will help us ensure a smooth shuttle experience. Meeting the Representative: After you leave baggage claim, you’ll find a representative from Hotel Xcaret. They will be holding a sign with the hotel’s logo. The representative will confirm your reservation and guide you through the next steps. Private Lounge: Once your reservation is confirmed, the representative will escort you to a private lounge where you can relax while waiting for your shuttle. Shuttle to Hotel Xcaret: When the shuttle bus arrives, you’ll be escorted to the vehicle. You’ll be traveling on a large, air-conditioned bus for a comfortable journey to the hotel. The ride typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Please make sure to arrange your shuttle service in advance with our travel agent and confirm your flight details to ensure everything is set for your arrival!

We kindly ask guests to dress in Resort Cocktail or Tropical Cocktail attire. Think light, airy, and elegant. Ladies, feel free to wear cocktail dresses or chic separates in breathable fabrics. Gentlemen, please opt for pants with a collared shirt—no flip-flops or casual footwear, please. We want everyone to feel relaxed, comfortable, and stylish for this special occasion.

CAN I WEAR FLIP-FLOPS OR SANDALS TO THE WEDDING?

Since the ceremony is taking place outdoors, we suggest wearing comfortable sandals or dress shoes. Please avoid flip-flops for the ceremony
